Wizard offers you a Hotspot in a Box at three different levels. All our packages offer the same basic functions but depending on your needs you may choose one with a particular service level.
The options are explained below but contact us if you need help deciding which is right for you, our team would be happy to advise.
BRONZE : Unmanaged Hotspot Service
Ideal for small venues where access is provided free of charge within a limited area. Support is charged per incident, and the Hotspot comes with all you need to install it yourself.

Open Access to anyone within range (200 ft)
SILVER : Managed Hotspot Service
Designed for larger indoor venues such as cafes, bars, leisure centres where access is charged or offered as part of a membership scheme. Support is included, and the Hotspot comes with all you need to install it yourself.

12 Months support service
GOLD : Managed Hotspot Service + Installation
Designed for larger indoor venues such as cafes, bars, leisure centres where access is charged or offered as part of a membership scheme. Support is included, but our engineers will install the system for you, including the configuration of one of your computers to access and manage the system, and provide staff training on using the system.

SUPPORT PACKAGES (after the first 12 months)
We will provide a full year’s support after installation free of charge. Thereafter the annual support fee if required will be £295
ORDER PACKAGES
Our full eCommerce system will come on line shortly, allowing customers full access to hardware and access vouchers. In the meantime please download our order form and this can be mailed, emailed or faxed to us, you will find the necessary details on the Contact Wizard Wi-Fi page.
SITE SURVEY
All prices are subject to change if the site conditions make a standard installation unsuitable. We will carry out a survey for you for a fee of £100 if required, this fee is refunded if you order your Hotspot.
CONTRACT
All contracts run on a three year minimum basis, but we are happy to agree longer contracts if required.
BROADBAND
You will need to have a standard broadband connection in your premises for each Hotspot. Normally you will contact your local Internet Service Provider but if you have any problems Wizard’s team can arrange a competitively priced Broadband service for you.
